This Privacy Policy explains how Pro Software Lab and its products, including Mohajon Chat (chat.mohajon.app), collect, use, and protect your personal information.

1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly—such as account details, business profile, payment information, and content you send or receive through Mohajon Chat—and data gathered automatically, including device information, IP address, cookies, and usage behavior. When you connect a messaging channel (WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, Telegram, or Email), we also collect the messages, attachments, contact identifiers, and metadata exchanged through that channel on your behalf.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your data helps us operate Mohajon Chat's unified inbox, deliver and receive messages on your behalf via connected channels, power AI features such as draft suggestions and auto-replies, improve our services, personalize your experience, send important updates, process payments, and ensure compliance with legal obligations.
3. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal data. We share message and contact data with Meta Platforms, Inc. (WhatsApp Business API, Facebook Messenger, Instagram), Telegram, email providers, and other communication platforms strictly as required to deliver your messages to their intended recipients. We also use trusted sub-processors for hosting (Railway, Vercel), media storage (Cloudinary), AI processing (OpenAI, Google Gemini), and payments (SSLCommerz). We may disclose information to legal authorities when required for safety or legal compliance.
4. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
Cookies help enhance user experience, maintain authenticated sessions, analyze platform usage, and show relevant content. You may disable cookies, but certain features may not function properly.
5. Data Security
We apply industry-standard security measures, including HTTPS in transit and AES-256-GCM encryption at rest for sensitive credentials such as channel access tokens. Access to customer data is scoped per workspace (tenant isolation) and restricted to authenticated workspace members. No system is completely secure, and users are encouraged to protect their account credentials.
6. Third-Party Services
Our platform integrates with third-party services including Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business API, Facebook Graph API, Instagram Graph API), Google (authentication, Gemini AI), OpenAI, Telegram Bot API, SSLCommerz, Cloudinary, Resend, and SSL Wireless. Each of these has its own privacy practices; we recommend reviewing their policies separately.
7. Your Rights
You can request to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time by emailing business@prosoftwarelab.com. We will respond within 30 days. End-users of businesses that use Mohajon Chat (e.g., a customer messaging a business on WhatsApp) may also request deletion of their data by contacting that business directly or contacting us at the email above.
8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the platform signifies acceptance of any revised terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
9. Mohajon Chat Messaging Data
Mohajon Chat operates as a unified business messaging platform. When you (a business) connect a channel and message your customers, we store the message content, attachments, sender and recipient identifiers, timestamps, delivery and read receipts, and conversation metadata. Customers messaging your business communicate with you through their respective platform (e.g., WhatsApp); our platform acts on your behalf as a business solution provider.
10. WhatsApp Business API & Meta Platforms
When you connect a WhatsApp Business Account to Mohajon Chat through Meta's Embedded Signup flow, we receive a permanent access token, your WhatsApp Business Account ID, and your registered phone number IDs. This token is stored encrypted and used solely to send and receive messages on your behalf via the WhatsApp Cloud API. All WhatsApp message data flows through Meta's infrastructure subject to Meta's Privacy Policy and the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy. The same applies to Facebook Messenger and Instagram Direct integrations.
11. Data Retention
We retain account, workspace, and conversation data for as long as your workspace is active. Upon workspace deletion, all associated data—including messages, contacts, and connected channel credentials—is permanently deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Billing records are retained for 7 years to comply with tax and accounting regulations.
