These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Pro Software Lab's products and services, including Mohajon Chat (chat.mohajon.app). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our services, including Mohajon Chat, you agree to follow these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must stop using the platform.
2. User Accounts
You are responsible for securing your account credentials. Each business operates within an isolated workspace; the workspace owner is responsible for managing team members, permissions, and connected channels. Any activity taken through your account or workspace is your responsibility. We may suspend accounts for suspicious or harmful activity.
3. Prohibited Activities
You may not use Mohajon Chat to send spam, unsolicited messages, fraudulent content, malware, or any content that violates applicable law or the policies of connected platforms (including the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, Meta Platform Terms, Telegram Terms of Service, and email anti-abuse standards). You may not hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the platform, misuse user data, or attempt to disrupt our services.
4. Intellectual Property
All platform content—including branding, design, software, and media—is owned by Pro Software Lab. Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution is prohibited.
5. Payments & Refunds
Subscription fees for Mohajon Chat are processed via SSLCommerz and charged in BDT or USD as applicable. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds may be issued at our discretion following our refund policy and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. WhatsApp conversation charges levied by Meta are passed through to you at cost.
6. Limitation of Liability
Mohajon Chat is provided "as is." We are not responsible for data loss, technical issues, message delivery delays caused by third-party platforms (Meta, Telegram, email providers), or indirect damages resulting from the use of our services.
7. Updates to Terms
We may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of updated terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Bangladesh courts.
9. Mohajon Chat Services
Mohajon Chat is a unified business messaging platform that lets businesses manage conversations across WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, Telegram, and Email from a single inbox, with optional AI-assisted reply features. We act as a business solution provider on behalf of businesses that connect their channels to our platform.
10. WhatsApp & Meta Platform Compliance
By connecting a WhatsApp Business Account, Facebook Page, or Instagram Business Account to Mohajon Chat, you agree to comply with Meta's Platform Terms, the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, and the WhatsApp Business Solution Terms. You are responsible for obtaining valid opt-in from recipients before sending messages, honoring opt-out requests, and ensuring compliance with template message guidelines and the 24-hour customer service window.
11. Customer Data & Multi-Tenancy
You retain ownership of all customer data, message content, and contact information stored in your workspace. We process this data solely on your behalf to operate the service. Each workspace is logically isolated and one workspace cannot access another's data. You may export or delete your workspace data at any time from settings or by contacting support.
